Apartment house in Hanover

Top-class attic insulation: a catwalk was installed in the centre to enable possible maintenance work on the roof to be carried out. The closed attic entrances were completely filled. The wooden strip under the rafters serves as a support for loose planks, which are to be found in each attic section. These enable roofers to access the roof directly if necessary.
