Conversion of multi-purpose farmhouse, Turbenthal

The property is located in the hamlet of Neubrunn in the municipality of Turbenthal. The five-part multi-purpose farmhouse is a listed building and was to be valued accordingly when making changes. The task was to conceive a bed and breakfast function in three of the five beam fields, which could be converted as simply as possible into three apartments if business is bad. Due to the inferior substance found, it was possible to obtain a permit from the authorities for a partial replacement building. The appearance (five parts and volume) had to be retained.
