Markgräflerhof renovation in Basel
The Markgräflerhof was built in the year 1705 for the Margrave Friedrich Magnus of Baden, and is the largest maintained Baroque Palace in Switzerland. The building was bought in 1808 by the city of Basel and since the 1830s it has been used by the hospital. Renovation had already been planned and in 2012 the entire roof was renovated.
