Thermal rehabilitation in Pensier (MinergieP)

In 2010 a research project was initiated in cooperation with public and private partners (COCCUM). The aim of the research project is to find a new system for the rehabilitation of facades. The system should link performance, ecology and economy. The Pensier apartment house was the first project using COCCUM. It is certified with the MINERGIE-P ® label.
