elbau – production expansion project

elbau Küchen AG is one of Switzerland's largest kitchen manufacturers. With a clear strategy elbau has managed to grow in a stagnating market: "elbau makes the difference".

The object of the build is to extend the temporary storage area, improve goods-outgoing and provide space for future training courses and meetings. The challenge was to find a form for the necessary massive volumes which suited the demands of independence and character of elbau while blending into the existing building shell and location. The enormous dimensions are first perceptible in front of, or inside, the building.
